Overview


Pinnacle Group provides housing management and estates services to the Myatts Field North community on behalf of Regenter Myatts Field North Ltd. A private finance company owned by Pinnacle Group and John Laing under contract by London Borough of Lambeth to deliver the regeneration and management of the neighbourhood over a 25 year period. This large scale regeneration project delivering new investment of in excess of £180 million includes the development of 808 new homes of which 357 will be for private sale and 146 will be available for shared ownership.

Moving Forward Now event

Residents of the Myatts Field North community joined our local housing management team to celebrate a landmark stage in the regeneration of their community and the launch of their new strapline:


Moving Forward Now – Myatts Field North

The party, which was organised by the housing team and held in Brahmah Green Community Centre, welcomed 35 local residents from across Myatts Field North. As well as informing residents about the exciting plans for the neighbourhood in 2013, the party was also an opportunity for residents and the housing team to get to know each other and have some fun. Residents enjoyed a quiz on the local area with gift cards presented as prizes. They were also treated to music, food and refreshments plus a free raffle draw for the chance to win seven prizes.


Regenter Myatts Field North consortium wins Best Scheme in Planning award

The Regenter Myatts Field North consortium received the award for the Best Scheme in Planning at the Affordable Home Ownership Awards 2012 for its work on the regeneration of Myatts Field North.

The award recognises the challenges faced when submitting a scheme for planning including: how the scheme has met the needs of the local market; consulted with the local community; showed commitment to environmental sustainability and affordability; and created design elements which demonstrate sensitivity to the surrounding neighbourhoods.
