Group Chief Executive

Perry is the Co-Founder and Group Chief Executive of Pinnacle Group. After university, where he studied economics and politics, Perry started his working life as a fund manager but soon left the City to co-found his own property services business in the early 1980s. It was this business that in the late ‘90s acquired two businesses which had commenced providing outsourced housing management services to Local Authorities in the UK. From this base, Perry has led the expansion of Pinnacle Group which is now a leading private sector provider of services and investment into the social and physical regeneration of communities.

Andrew Saunders

Group Finance & Resources Director

Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (FCA) and holder of the ICAEW’s Corporate Finance (CF) qualification. A graduate of Durham University, Andrew joined Pinnacle Group in 2009 having worked in the M&A and Private Equity advisory team at RSM (formerly Baker Tilly). Whilst at Pinnacle Andrew has led on the disposal and acquisition of joint venture interests as well as fundraising and shareholder projects whilst taking on senior management roles. Andrew has responsibility for the Finance, HR and IT departments as well as being Chairman of our flagship regeneration scheme. Andrew works alongside Perry on strategy, corporate development and change programs, including the rebranding and restructuring of the Group in 2015. Outside the office, Andrew is a Council Member of the Amateur Football Association and enjoys playing golf, cricket and football, skiing and watching rugby.

Jim Saunders

Group Director of Business Development

Jim Saunders is Group Director of Business Development with particular responsibility for integrated, community-facing offers to the public sector that draw on the Group’s full delivery capacity and capability across all Pinnacle brands. He is also Managing Director of two other wholly-owned subsidiaries: Regenter Limited, a company specialising in large-scale housing-led regeneration, and Pinnacle Spaces, one of the UK’s first For Profit and Not for Subsidy Registered Providers of Affordable Housing.

Jim joined the Pinnacle business in 1996 and became a Director in 2001. During his early Pinnacle years he specialised in contract housing management and went on to set up a branch of the Pinnacle business in Scotland which resulted in the implementation of a successful and high profile Neighbourhood Management Initiative in North Edinburgh. Between 2004 and 2015 he was Managing Director of Pinnacle Regen which, through Regenter, established itself as a market leader in the UK’s housing PPP market; investing over £600m and delivering a mix of nearly 5000 new and refurbished social, affordable and market homes. He is currently overseeing a £200m+ Estate Regeneration Project with a net addition of 500 new homes and extensive, new community infrastructure.

Neil Euesden

Group Director of Operations

Neil has over 30 years’ experience in the UK’s housing sector. Before joining Pinnacle PSG in 1998, he spent 18 years in local government and eight years running his own facilities management business. After working in housing for the London Borough of Hackney, he left to set up his own business to provide facilities management services for both the public and private sectors. He was recruited by Pinnacle PSG to build the facilities management business alongside its social housing contracts.

Nick Wright

Group Director of Commercial & Legal

Nick has a Masters degree in Business Administration and began his career in the public sector working in IT, and financial / management information systems. Nick left in 1995 to join the original Pinnacle PSG team. In the early years Nick managed Pinnacle’s internal consultancy service, implementing a quality framework for the organisation and developing a financial modelling / bid analysis structure to tender for work under Compulsory Competitive Tendering (CCT) and subsequently Best Value. Roles including Regional Manager, Financial Controller and Commercial Director followed as the business grew.
