Andy Lee

HR Director

Andy’s career began in banking, at Coutts & Co, where he gained exposure to the commercial world, working in corporate lending within the credit risk function of the bank.  He then moved into a Consultancy role with a small firm in Staffordshire (Research Associates), working in business to business market research, specialising in qualitative research.  After completing a Masters Degree in Strategic HR Management, he moved into HR in 1998, joining Pinnacle PSG in 2000, and becoming HR Director in 2002.


Andy’s responsibility is to ensure our people strategies maximize the organisation’s capability to deliver its strategic objectives, while protecting us from the risks associated with employment law.  Andy is also a qualified employment law paralegal.

Connie Mitchell-Innes

Finance & Business Support Director

Connie spent the early part of her career in Commodity Trading primarily in Soft Commodities – Coffee, Cocoa and Sugar with responsibility for East Africa regions. A spell with Virgin.net followed running their operation from Madeira, after which she joined Pinnacle PSG as Finance Director in 2006. Two years later she became Group Services Director for Pinnacle Group with responsibility for Finance, IT and Procurement supporting all Group companies. She and her team operate from our offices in Chelmsford, Essex.

Head of Group IT & ISMS

Tony is a highly experienced, business-friendly IT leader with both national and international experience in building and leading IT teams of all sizes.


Working across a range of industries, including hi-tech, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and heavy manufacturing, Tony’s true expertise lies in bringing together distinct processes into an integrated offering, supporting growth and adding value to the organisation.


Tony joined Pinnacle Group in late 2016, with key responsibilities covering its ISO27001 accreditation and provision of a new, resilient and integrated IT platform, rolled out across the Group.

Anna Le Jehan

General Counsel

Anna joined Pinnacle Group as General Counsel in 2017. A qualified solicitor with more than ten years’ experience in private practice, Anna has advised sponsors, lenders and the public sector on a number of large-scale social infrastructure and regeneration projects across the UK. She has advised on all aspects of these complex deals from pre-procurement through to operation and, in recent years, on the acquisition and disposal in the secondary market.


Prior to joining Pinnacle Group, Anna had worked on a number of the company’s flagship schemes including Oval Quarter Myatts Field North and Greenwich Peninsula.
