Andy’s career began in banking, at Coutts & Co, where he gained exposure to the commercial world, working in corporate lending within the credit risk function of the bank. He then moved into a Consultancy role with a small firm in Staffordshire (Research Associates), working in business to business market research, specialising in qualitative research. After completing a Masters Degree in Strategic HR Management, he moved into HR in 1998, joining Pinnacle PSG in 2000, and becoming HR Director in 2002.
Andy’s responsibility is to ensure our people strategies maximize the organisation’s capability to deliver its strategic objectives, while protecting us from the risks associated with employment law. Andy is also a qualified employment law paralegal.
