O&S Homes is a long-established ARLA qualified Registered Provider of Affordable Housing. It is 100% owned by Pinnacle Group and regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH). It is also fully supported by Pinnacle Group’s nationwide operating platform, built up over 30 years of sector experience.

Local Authorities

What we do

O&S Homes, have created the first facility and property management structure to offer Local Authorities the option to reduce or eliminate the use of nightly-booked properties and replace them with homes that can be offered under a nomination agreement as permanent housing at affordable rent levels (LHA rent levels).

In qualifying circumstances, Councils have a statutory obligation to provide accommodation to individuals and families who are homeless or in danger of becoming homeless.
