Sarah Russell is Pinnacle Group’s Procurement Manager and is responsible for the organisation’s procurement function including day-to-day operation, strategic direction and continuous improvement. Sarah leads the Procurement department in buying critical goods and services and in effectively managing corporate assets by developing a strategic approach to our processes and creating and implementing best practice strategies and policies to improve business performance.
Sarah ensures robust risk assessment and risk management processes are in place with a key focus on emerging risks within supply chains and supply markets. Furthermore, Sarah is responsible for driving the Pinnacle Group’s carbon neutral program.
Sarah is a CIPS Diploma Member and is Level III qualified by the Institute of Leadership & Management.
