Increase the availability of high-quality, energy-efficient, affordable permanent homes—meeting Decent Homes Standards, professionally managed by regulated landlords, and offered with lifetime tenancies for Council nominations.
Partnering for Scaled Property Acquisition
To work in partnership with Local Authorities and public sector to source institutional capital investment to fund acquisition programmes of existing properties at scale.
Local Supply Chain
To work in partnership with local supply chains to deliver refurbishment works and on-going responsive repair services.
