Purpose of Role

We are seeking a Qube System Administrator to join our ops team and help drive the business forward. The candidate will:

Promote understanding of the Qube FM & SLM systems and processes
Be our in-house Qube expert, configuring new and existing contracts to ensure we make the most out of the software we have chosen
Be the first point of contact to support business users with Qube queries
Facilitate issue resolution & education of business users
Participate in Qube related projects where you will likely lead on technical aspects
Identify new & emerging PropTech solutions
Lead by example embedding and promoting Pinnacle’s values and culture
Routine Duties

Manage the Qube userbase and licence requirements
Provide both reactive and proactive assistance to the various teams and individuals within the business who use Qube
Maintain written procedures & system guides for the Qube system
Develop training material & deliver training both formally and informally to existing staff to improve the general knowledge and understanding of Qube
Undertake routine maintenance and updates to the system to ensure it is running at optimum level
Oversee the Tenant Portal element (Engage), undertaking updates, assisting with registration issues and overseeing the improved web design elements
Participate in process improvement discussions
Escalate issues as appropriate
Project Duties

Assist in identifying workstreams to improve the Qube system
Assist with building business cases for add on PropTech solutions
Producing bespoke reports, routines and workflows to help streamline the various departments daily workload
Input to business requirements for system or process changes
Develop and execute user acceptance test scripts
Assist in the development of new business opportunities for the Homes business and wider Group
Actively promote the services of Pinnacle at industry events/forums and through networking with prospective clients and other key external influencers.
Skills Required

Thorough knowledge of housing business processes, structures & organisation
Vision to see beyond current working practices
Knowledge & expertise using the Qube FM & SLM system
Ability to structure tasks, identify dependencies, set priorities and make business decisions
Strong communication and networking skills, internally and externally
Be able to work collaboratively
Ability to prepare and conduct user training
Strong analytical skills

Ability to act as a change agent
