Case Study

Abbey Place is a residential development of 245 homes in Abbey Wood, South East London. The 13- and 21-storey residential towers form a landmark development on a key site adjacent to the new Abbey Wood Crossrail station.

This mixed tenure and mixed use scheme provides 173 Shared Ownership homes and 72 Multi-Family Build to Rent homes as well as commercial units, a new public square, and improvements to the public realm. Abbey Place markedly improves the arrival experience to the new station and sets a new benchmark for development quality in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

As part of our strategic relationship with CBREIM Affordable Housing Fund we were able to facilitate Capital Grant, utilising one of our embedded Registered Providers, to support the acquisition of the Affordable Shared Ownership homes under Greater London Authority’s Affordable Homes Programme.

Our comprehensive management service includes a 24/7 helpdesk repair service that guarantees a response within 4 hours and a fix within 24 hours for urgent issues. Through our own directly-employed team of skilled caretakers and cleaners, we ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance are upheld.

In accordance with our single point of management accountability approach, we manage Abbey Place holistically as a single mixed community.
