In 2019, Pinnacle was selected by Legal & General Affordable Homes (LGAH) and onboarded onto its Approved Panel of Management Providers across a wide range of regions including London, Hertfordshire and West Midlands. Since then, based on its satisfaction with our performance, LGAH has awarded us additional regions including Devon and East Anglia as it has continued to grow its affordable homes portfolio.

As Managing Agent, we currently manage a mixed portfolio of 2,800 homes (comprising Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership homes) on behalf of LGAH with a further visible pipeline of 500+ homes. Our partnership with LGAH is underpinned by a ten year Framework Agreement which aims to address the shortage of high-quality, well-managed affordable housing across England.

Leveraging our established nationwide delivery infrastructure, we are well placed to support LGAH’s mission through provision of efficient, best-in-class housing service that delivers high tenant satisfaction.

Our service scope is comprehensive; including on-boarding, tenancy management, building compliance, defect management, responsive and planned repairs and maintenance and void management. We also work in close collaboration with LGAH in advance of handover stage including liaising with relevant local authorities on Nominations Agreements and the production of Welcome Packs and Home User Guides for prospective tenants.
