Pinnacle Group is 100% owned by the Hyde Group. Hyde acquired Pinnacle in October 2024. We operate as a standalone subsidiary within the Group with our own brand and service identity, leadership team and dedicated colleagues.
Hyde is one of the largest and most successful not-for-profit housing associations in the UK. As a regulated charity, it has provided affordable homes in thriving communities for almost 60 years, guided by its vision of “a great home for everyone”.
Today the Group owns and manages around 130,000 homes, making us one of the largest and most diverse housing and community services providers in the country. We provide neighbourhood services to around 350,000 homes across the country, proudly support our Armed Forces community with their housing needs, and work within critical areas of community infrastructure, including schools, hospitals and local councils.
As part of the Hyde Group, every part of Pinnacle’s business fuels a greater purpose, with every penny of surplus we generate reinvested through Hyde to help tackle the UK’s housing crisis.
