In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we successfully implemented a fully digital letting process, enabling residents to relocate to their new homes despite the imposed lockdown restrictions. Our client had been prepared to halt lettings, which would have resulted in a significant loss of rental revenue for them. However, we devised a letting process adhering to social distancing measures, incorporating virtual tours, online viewings, and a digital sign-up process, enabling us to let all the homes during the lockdown. We even facilitated key box installation at the site, allowing residents to pick up their keys without requiring any human interaction. Additionally, we conducted virtual settling-in visits a few weeks after the commencement of their tenancy.
