We pride ourselves on our community stewardship approach to the provision of soft FM to homes, schools and public buildings across the UK. By directly employing our staff, we are fully accountable for the quality of our services and the results we achieve.
We provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction. One way in which we do this is by investing in staff customer service training and career development.
Our cleaning teams are NVQ Level 2 and/or BICSc qualified and use products that are not just effective, but also environmentally friendly.
All our grounds maintenance team are NVQ Level 2 qualified and many go on to achieve specialist qualifications in fine turf management, horticulture and arboriculture. We are committed to operating out of local depots to reduce our vehicle carbon emissions and ensure local commitment to service delivery.
We also offer ‘wraparound’ services such as concierge and caretaking, combining soft FM with day-to-day customer interaction and ‘make safe’ repairs.
