We pride ourselves on our community stewardship approach to the provision of soft FM to homes, schools and public buildings across the UK. By directly employing our staff, we are fully accountable for the quality of our services and the results we achieve.
We provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction. One way in which we do this is by investing in staff customer service training and career development.
Many of our cleaning teams are NVQ Level 2 and/or BICSc qualified and many of our grounds maintenance team are NVQ Level 2 qualified with a lot of people going on to achieve specialist qualifications in fine turf management, horticulture and arboriculture.
We are committed reducing our carbon footprint and we operate out of local depots to reduce our vehicle emissions and ensure local commitment to service delivery.
We also offer ‘wraparound’ services such as concierge and caretaking, combining soft FM with day-to-day customer interaction and ‘make safe’ repairs.
