Our team brings together a wealth of experience from the housing, housebuilding and financial sectors and is backed by significant institutional capital to generate positive social impact by funding development of high quality, new-build social housing in partnership with local authorities and developers. The team has an ambition to deliver over 3,000 new affordable homes over the next three years and is in active discussions to bring forward additional affordable housing delivery across London.
