Andy is responsible for developing and maintaining first class, cost effective Employee Relations, Payroll and Health & Safety services. He works with Excom and operational Managing Directors to develop and maintain forward-thinking HR Business Partnering and Management Development functions which support the Group’s leaders in driving performance aligned to the Group’s Strategic objectives.

Andy designed and led a large-scale culture change programme that culminated with the introduction of the “Pinnacle Way” and formalised our Values, which guide staff behaviour across the Group.

After completing a Masters Degree in Strategic HR Management, he moved into HR in 1998, joining Pinnacle PSG in 2000, and becoming HR Director in 2002.

Andy is a Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
