Emma is Head of Housing Finance and is responsible for the management of the Homes Finance team and manages the interface between clients and the finance team ensuring that robust financial management systems are in place. She works alongside the Head of RMS, PRS and Housing and reports to the Managing Director of Homes. Emma joined Pinnacle in February 2018, she has an excellent understanding of housing management having worked in a number of roles in the organisation.
Emma has 16 years’ experience in financial management and prior to joining Pinnacle was Head of Client Services at Inter-Credit International and was responsible for business growth, development and FCA accreditation. She is well grounded in property management having started her career at Lee Valley Estate as a credit control manager.
