James is the Group’s Head of Technology and Innovation responsible for the Group’s IT function and Information Security. James has over 15 years technology sector experience, more recently delivering digitisation and large scale transformational technology projects. He works alongside the Senior Management Team to ensure that the technology strategy is innovative and progressive and in line with the Group’s strategic goals.
Since joining, James has been responsible the delivery of several key SaaS and IaaS migration projects enabling the organisation to become more agile and competitive in its service delivery approach. Prior to joining Pinnacle James worked in the Financial sector. James is a member of the Charter Manager Institute also holding several Project Management, and IT qualifications.
