John is Pinnacle Group’s Health and Safety Manager and is responsible for establishing the framework for health and safety management and for maintaining and implementing the Safety Management System across the Group. John advises the Directors and Managers on all safety, health and welfare matters to ensure the Company complies with its statutory obligations.
John joined Pinnacle in 2005, and in his years in as Health and Safety Advisor and later Health and Safety Manager, has introduced our H&S library which now consists of over 500 risk assessments and over 160 staff training documents. John has overseen the introduction of the Sypol COSHH assessment system, our transfer to the IOS45001 standard and the reduction of accident rates and RIDDORS across the Group.
John is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Safety and Health (CMIOSH) and has achieved GradIOSH status.
