Neil is Managing Director, FM overseeing the company’s Facilities Management contracts. Neil joined Pinnacle in 1997 to work in our first social housing management contract in Marylebone, Westminster. He swiftly progressed through the ranks, carrying out various management roles before taking on overall responsibility for Pinnacle’s five contracts in Westminster in 2003. He was made a Director in 2005.
Neil moved across to the Facilities Management sector in 2006, where he led the transition of the Essex County Council DLO to Pinnacle. In 2008, the Total FM business was also added to Neil’s portfolio and he took on overall responsibility for the company’s FM services in 2019.
