As Divisional Director of Operations, Ollie is responsible for operational delivery across Pinnacle’s rented, shared ownership and leasehold teams. He is also responsible for client account management and relationships, working closely with clients and stakeholders to support strong partnerships and the effective delivery of services.
Oliver has 25 years’ experience across the property management industry, having held senior roles within property management companies, local authorities and estate agencies. This broad experience gives him extensive knowledge of operational leadership, property services and client relationship management.
