Oliver is PRS Director with responsibility for all aspects of PRS delivery. He provides a single point of strategic accountability for all our PRS clients and stakeholders and leads the PRS team, ensuring a positive customer-focussed culture is embedded. He is also responsible for maintaining and growing revenue streams and finding innovative and efficient ways of securing positive service outcomes.
Oliver has over 15 years’ experience in the Housing sector. Prior to his current role, Oliver was Director at City West Residential, a leading estate agency business, where he had responsibility for acquisitions, sales, lettings and property management. Prior to taking on his current role within Pinnacle Oliver was a Contract Director on landmark service contracts on behalf of Westminster City Council & Woking Borough Council.
Oliver has a BA(Hons) in Business Studies.
