Paul is Head of Projects and Governance and is responsible for leading a number of teams including Projects, ESG, Procurement, Data Analytics, Quality and Governance within Pinnacle Group. He is accountable for ensuring the business fosters innovation, constantly drives cost and process efficiencies, and ultimately works smarter, whilst maintaining the highest standards of good governance. As Head of ESG (Environment, Social Governance), he also manages the Group’s strategy to achieve its Net Zero targets and reducing the Group’s carbon footprint through various projects and initiatives.
Paul has over 23 years consulting, bid, business and project management experience gained in both the UK and South Africa across various industries, including government infrastructure development, PPPs, mining, wine and hospitality. He has extensive commercial and operational experience in most asset classes including housing and urban regeneration, emergency services, renewable energy, and health care.
Paul studied Bachelor of Commerce through the University of South Africa.
