Paul is a highly experienced and dynamic Business Manager with a proven track record within the soft services industry. Paul oversees six Area managers for contracts in and around London, including large local authority contracts and the education sector. An exceptional motivator with a solid management background, that inspires, strengthens and develops personnel, in order to achieve results. Paul thrives within a challenging environment and building new and existing client relationships, in order to maximise company profitability.
Paul joined Pinnacle in 2015, before which he held a number of senior positions within the FM industry. Paul served in the Armed Forces in 3rd Battaliion The Queens Regiment before his move to civilian life, for which he earned two campaign medals. Paul continues to be involved in the Armed Forces, currently serving as a Sergeant Instructor (CFAV) with the Kent Army Cadet force and is a founding member of Pinnacle’s Armed Forces network.
