Seundouss’ role is to focus on moving the business forward in terms of organisational change and business transformation, leading on projects and change initiatives in order to secure continuous improvement and drive a culture of high performance. Seundouss’ work ensures that we maintain a competitive advantage through efficient working platforms, innovation, quality and best practice.

 

Prior to her current role, Seundouss worked as a Business Manager with Pinnacle covering the East Region ensuring seamless and profitable operation, consistency in service delivery and built confidence and trust within the region.

Seundouss has over 18 years of FM experience covering TFM, soft FM in both public and retail sector, which includes 8 years as Service Delivery Manager at Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent.

Seundouss holds BSc Honours (First Class) in Business Studies and Airport Operations and NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety.
