- Information Requests
The Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements, known as STAIRs, are new government transparency rules for social housing landlords in England. They set out information that landlords must publish, and give social housing customers a right to ask for information that is not already published.
This page explains what STAIRs means for our customers and brings together the information we publish for the two registered providers within Pinnacle Group: Pinnacle Affordable Homes and Pinnacle Spaces.
Where STAIRS applies at Pinnacle
Pinnacle Group manages homes and neighbourhoods across the UK, and not all of that work falls under STAIRs. Within the group, two companies are registered providers of social housing, regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing:
STAIRs covers the social housing these two companies own and manage. If you rent your home from one of them, the information on this page is about your landlord.
Where Pinnacle manages homes on behalf of another landlord – like a housing association or a private owner – that landlord is responsible for its own publication scheme, and you should go to them for this information.
Publication Scheme
Much of the information covered by STAIRs is already on our website. To make it easier to find, we have brought it together here, grouped under the headings set by the Government, with links to the relevant documents and pages.
This information is available to everyone, and we keep it under regular review.

Information Requests
From 1 April 2027, you will have the right to ask us for information about how we manage your home and the services we provide, where it is not already published on this page. This could include information about anti-social behaviour, how we handle complaints, health and safety, rent and service charges, repairs and the condition of homes, energy efficiency, and estate management.
You can make a request if you are a tenant of Pinnacle Affordable Homes or Pinnacle Spaces. Someone else, such as a family member, support worker or advocate, can also make a request on your behalf.
We will publish details of how to make a request before April 2027.
