Case Study

Since early 2019, Pinnacle has delivered comprehensive management services to a central, multi-purpose council building in Hackney. Constructed in 2002, this versatile building houses a library, a local museum, and the offices of Hackney Learning Trust, the council’s education division.

On behalf of investor Aviva, and ultimately the London Borough of Hackney, our services cover visitor experience reception services, planned maintenance, responsive repairs, caretaking, cleaning, and security.

Our services are designed to cater to the unique user profile of the site, ensuring that it remains pristine and secure throughout the week. This is made possible by our dedicated on-site team who directly deliver the services, including the core M&E services. We also employ two museum assistants who report into the Council’s own head museum curator.
