St Andrews is a significant residential regeneration project that has transformed a disused Victorian hospital into a vibrant community.

The project, situated on a three-hectare plot, now boasts nearly 1,000 residences, new communal amenities, and one hectare of fresh green spaces. Barratt Homes led the development in collaboration with the London Development Agency, the Homes and Communities Agency, and Circle Anglia (Registered Providers are Old Ford Housing Association).

As Managing Agent on behalf of Aviva, Pinnacle is responsible for neighbourhood management across the multi-phase, mixed tenure development and were involved at inception in the design phase, providing consultancy services and expertise on management-related matters.

As the single point of management accountability, we are entrusted with a wide array of directly delivered services, including Leasehold management, service charge collection, round-the-clock concierge service, cleaning, and grounds maintenance.

St Andrews is a ‘tenure neutral’ community, and our integrated service provision reflects this fact. Our strong presence on the Estate enables us to promptly address issues and adopt a preventative strategy to avert the escalation of management problems.
