In 2018, Pinnacle were awarded a comprehensive soft FM contract across three “blue light” emergency authorities in Yorkshire: North Yorkshire Police, West Yorkshire Police, and Humberside Police.
The contract encompasses planned, reactive, and specialist cleaning, window washing and laundry services.
The 168 sites for the Police and Crime Commissioner of West Yorkshire is broken down as follows:
· West Yorkshire: Total GIFA 93,426 m2, Offices 10,555 m2;
· North Yorkshire: Total GIFA 33,721 m2, Offices 10,781 m2;
· Humberside Constabulary: Total GIFA 51,068 m2, Offices 10,897 m2.
To deliver these services, we primarily deploy static cleaners, which is supplemented by mobile cleaners, deep cleaning teams, and out-of-hours reactive cleaners. Over 200 staff were transferred to Pinnacle under TUPE regulations to ensure the smooth continuation of these essential services.
