We’re proud to today publish our FY26 ESG Impact Report, highlighting the positive impact we’ve made in communities across the UK.

The report highlights a year of strong performance across our ESG priorities, including delivering more than £95 million in social value, reducing our carbon emissions by 22% and investing over £150,000 in community initiatives and charitable causes.

This year, we continued to make progress towards our net zero ambitions, reducing our carbon emissions by 22% while growing turnover by 6%. We also expanded our electric vehicle fleet to 350 vehicles, with nearly half now electrified.

Supporting communities remained central to our approach. Alongside our £150,000 investment in social value initiatives, our colleagues contributed more than 1,500 volunteering hours and supported over 35 charities and community organisations across the UK.

We also continued investing in our people, supporting 164 colleagues to complete apprenticeships, maintaining a 0% mean pay gap among full-time employees and providing wellbeing support through our network of 50 Mental Health First Aiders.

A network of 15 ESG Champions has also been relaunched to help embed sustainability and responsible business practices across the company.

"We believe long-term success is measured not only by what we achieve as a business, but by the positive outcomes we create for people, communities and the environment."
"This report demonstrates the progress we continue to make in transforming communities and changing lives. From reducing our carbon footprint and investing in local communities to supporting our people and strengthening governance, we are creating lasting value across our national footprint."
