Alex is Head of Residential Management Services and provides leadership and oversight of all Residential Management (Estates and Leasehold) services delivered to a portfolio of clients ranging from individual Resident Management Companies to large scale Developers and Investors. Alex has responsibility for ensuring that all services are compliant with all best practice and legislation and that the customer experience is sector leading through a team of Property Managers.
With 20 years experience in the sector, Alex has a detailed and expert understanding of both operational as well as strategic planning and delivery of Property Management services. He has experience in a broad range of property management situations having worked with Super Prime developers, large scale Agents and with top 10 Housing Associations. In the latter he lead the programme of commercial asset management in the ‘not for profit’ sector to deliver a funding stream for the new build affordable housing programme.
Alex has a BA(Hons) in Architecture.
