Mike began his career in high street recruitment before moving into the Welfare to Work market in 2003, undertaking a number of operational senior management roles before moving to People when it was established in 2008. At People, Mike undertook a number of roles including director of sales and marketing, leading on a number of large and successful bids for the DWP.
In 2017, Mike took on the role as Director of Bidding and Growth for Pinnacle Group. Mike is responsible for leading a small but successful team to grow the business in its current markets, whilst exploring opportunities to diversify into new markets.
