Pinnacle Spaces Limited is a Registered Provider of Affordable Housing. It is 100%-owned by Pinnacle Group and was registered with the Regulator of Social Housing on 29th March 2012.
It is fully supported by Pinnacle Group’s nationwide operating platform, built up over 30 years of sector experience.
Pinnacle Spaces has a simple aim: to increase the supply of high-quality, well-managed Affordable Housing across England and Wales.

To increase supply of professionally managed, safe, secure and energy efficient new-build Affordable homes (comprising rental & shared ownership) across England & Wales.

To foster thriving, mixed and inclusive housing communities underpinned by long-term, high-quality holistic housing service provision.
Connecting Capital to Housing
To act as a trusted bridge for institutional capital (such as pension funds) to invest with confidence into the Affordable housing sector.
Securing Public Investment
To secure capital grant subsidy to support new Affordable schemes as an accredited Investment Partner of Homes England & Greater London Authority.
Delivering Long-Term Value
To deliver long-term value on behalf of all stakeholders in a way that aligns interests of tenants, communities and institutional investors.
